Export

Export to CSV or QIF

Many iReconcile users will also have prior commitments with other finance management applications on their desktop. For this reason, we allow you to export your transaction data in one of two formats: CSV, for use in spreadsheet applications, and QIF to be used in finance management applications.
Using Microsoft Excel?
Importing CSV files into Excel can be tricky. Get instructions here.
Using Quicken?
Intuit is trying to move away from using QIF files in favor of a more robust QFX format. This new format, however, makes it more difficult for other applications such as iReconcile to transfer data to Quicken. Get instructions here on how to import QIF files into Quicken.

Exporting with options

When it comes time to export your data, youwill always be able to pick which accounts you wish to export (or choose none and all accounts will be processed). You have 2 methods to export transactions: by a date range, or new transactions. With date range, you pick the start and end dates, and iReconcile does the rest. When you choose to export only new transactions, iReconcile keeps track of what you’ve already exported, and only exports transactions that are new since the last time you’ve exported
