Securing your information
Your finance information should not be open for everyone to see. This is why iReconcile includes pin number security. When activated, you will be required to enter your pin number each time you start the app. Pin entry will also be required if you lock your phone.
Secure communication when using iReconcileSync
The iReconcileSync synchronization service is optional, but using it should not compromise your security. All communication to and from our servers is encrypted using strong 128-bit SSL (the same that financial institutions use).
No personally identifiable information stored
Both the iPhone app and the synchronization services do not store any information that can be personally identifiable to you. For the sync service, we only require an email address.
